How to Open AnyDesk and Share Your ID with StartTrust Support

Step 1: Open AnyDesk

  • If AnyDesk is already installed, open it from your computer.

  • If you don’t have it installed, download it from the official website:
    https://anydesk.com
    (Install it or run it directly if prompted.)

Step 2: Find Your AnyDesk ID

  • Once AnyDesk opens, look for “This Desk” on the main screen.

  • You will see a 9-digit number — this is your AnyDesk ID.

Step 3: Share Your ID with the Support Agent

  • Send the AnyDesk ID to the StartTrust support agent via chat or email.

Step 4: Accept the Connection

  • When the agent requests access, a confirmation window will appear.

  • Click Accept to allow the remote support session to start.

Step 5: End the Session

  • When support is finished, you can close AnyDesk or click Disconnect at any time.

Security Reminder

  • Only share your AnyDesk ID with a StartTrust support agent.

  • You can stop the session at any moment.
