How to Open AnyDesk and Share Your ID with StartTrust Support
Step 1: Open AnyDesk - If AnyDesk is already installed, open it from your computer. - If you don’t have it installed, download it from the official website: https://anydesk.com (Install it or run it directly if prompted.) Step 2: Find Your AnyDesk ID - Once AnyDesk opens, look for “This Desk” on the main screen. - You will see a 9-digit number — this is your AnyDesk ID. Step 3: Share Your ID with the Support Agent - Send the AnyDesk ID to the StartTrust support agent via chat or email. Step 4: Accept the Connection - When the agent requests access, a confirmation window will appear. - Click Accept to allow the remote support session to start. Step 5: End the Session - When support is finished, you can close AnyDesk or click Disconnect at any time. Security Reminder - Only share your AnyDesk ID with a StartTrust support agent. - You can stop the session at any moment.
How to Join a Zoho Assist Remote Support Session
1. You will receive a Zoho Assist support link by email or chat from our support team. 2. Click the link to open the Zoho Assist page in your web browser. 3. Enter your name, if requested, then select Join Session. 4. Download and open the Zoho Assist support application when prompted. 5. Approve any permissions requested by your computer. This allows the support technician to view or control your screen. 6. Once connected, the technician will assist you remotely. 7. You can end the session at any time by closing the Zoho Assist application or selecting End Session. Only join sessions initiated by a trusted support representative.
Cloudflare WARP: Quick Connection Guide
Connect to WARP 1. Open the Cloudflare WARP application on your computer. 2. Locate the connection toggle on the main screen. 3. Turn the toggle On. 4. Wait a few seconds until the status changes to Connected. 5. You are now connected and your internet traffic is protected by WARP. Disconnect from WARP 1. Open the Cloudflare WARP application. 2. Turn the connection toggle Off. 3. Confirm that the status changes to Disconnected. Quick Basic Check After connecting, verify the following: - The WARP status shows Connected. - Your internet connection is working: open a website in your browser. - If your company uses internal systems, try opening one approved internal website or application. - If you cannot connect, turn WARP off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. If the issue continues, take a screenshot of the WARP status screen and contact your IT support team.
