How to Join a Zoho Assist Remote Support Session

  1. You will receive a Zoho Assist support link by email or chat from our support team.

  2. Click the link to open the Zoho Assist page in your web browser.

  3. Enter your name, if requested, then select Join Session.

  4. Download and open the Zoho Assist support application when prompted.

  5. Approve any permissions requested by your computer. This allows the support technician to view or control your screen.

  6. Once connected, the technician will assist you remotely.

  7. You can end the session at any time by closing the Zoho Assist application or selecting End Session.

Only join sessions initiated by a trusted support representative.
